About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a commercially savvy, data-driven Marketing Director to lead the next phase of Juriba’s marketing growth. If you're ready to take the reins of a high-impact marketing strategy — and excited by the opportunity to build a demand-focused function from the ground up — this is the role for you.
This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll shape and execute a results-driven marketing plan, driving brand awareness and generating high-quality pipeline in close alignment with Sales. You’ll lead integrated campaigns across digital, content, ABM, and events, connecting strategic thinking with real-world outcomes.
Reporting to our CRO, this is a unique chance to define and grow the marketing engine of a dynamic SaaS scale-up — ideal for someone eager to step into a career-defining leadership role in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
What Does Success Look Like?
We’re looking for someone who can:
- Lead the development and execution of a modern, metrics-driven marketing strategy aligned to revenue goals.
- Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing marketing team focused on generating predictable, scalable pipeline growth.
- Create compelling campaigns and content that resonate with senior enterprise IT decision-makers (CIOs, IT Directors, EUC leaders).
- Turn brand strategy into demand — ensuring Juriba is known, trusted, and actively engaged with by our target audience.
- Own and deliver integrated marketing across digital (paid, organic, SEO, email), content, and events.
- Develop and refine effective Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs with a clear strategy for key accounts.
- Continuously optimise performance through testing, analytics, and automation — using tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics to drive clear ROI.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, SDRs, and Product teams to align messaging, goals, and tactics.
- Work with external agencies and partners where needed to amplify results.
- Define and track key KPIs including SQL growth, campaign performance, and marketing ROI.
What You’ll Bring
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- 8–10 years of B2B marketing experience, including recent leadership of demand generation programs.
- Proven success in building marketing-sourced pipeline within a fast-growing SaaS business.
- A strong track record of executing high-impact, multi-channel campaigns in collaboration with sales teams.
- Deep experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and digital campaign platforms.
- Confidence in marketing to senior enterprise IT audiences and navigating complex buying cycles.
- A data-first mindset with a strong understanding of funnel metrics and performance optimisation.
- A proactive, collaborative leadership style with experience coaching and developing a team.
- Bonus: Experience in enterprise IT, End User Compute, or application lifecycle management solutions.
Nice-to-haves:
- Exposure to EUC, enterprise IT transformation, or adjacent tech sectors.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content, SEO, or campaign insights.
- Strong copywriting or messaging experience tailored to enterprise technology buyers.
