Marketing Data & Onboarding Coordinator

Reports To: Marketing Operations & AI Automation Specialist

Location: Remote (USA)

Employment Type: Full-Time, W2

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Data & Onboarding Coordinator to support marketing data integrity, reporting, and HubSpot onboarding activities across COURSER's portfolio of brands. This entry-level role plays a key part in ensuring marketing systems, data, and processes are set up correctly as new geographies are onboarded into the COURSER platform.

The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and analytical skills, enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure smooth transitions, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

KPI Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards in HubSpot
  • Produce weekly 515 reports by pulling traffic data from Google Analytics and form submission data from HubSpot
  • Compile board pack marketing data on schedule for leadership reporting
  • Focus on leading indicators (activities, engagement) in addition to lagging indicators (conversions, revenue) to enable proactive management
  • Support leadership with ad-hoc reporting requests and data analysis
  • Maintain reporting documentation and ensure consistent metric definitions across geographies

New Geography Onboarding (HubSpot)

  • Configure HubSpot for new geographic locations including properties, lists, and workflows
  • Set up lead routing and assignment rules for new geo sales teams
  • Create geo-specific forms, landing pages, and email templates following brand standards
  • Document onboarding SOPs for repeatable scaling as Courser adds new locations
  • Coordinate with local teams to ensure successful HubSpot adoption and training

Data Quality & Maintenance

  • Perform regular data hygiene tasks including duplicate management and record cleanup
  • Audit HubSpot workflows and automation for accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain property and field consistency across all geographic instances

Project Management & Tracking

  • Manage project tracking in Asana for Pronto website management and integration projects
  • Track marketing milestones and project status for L10 reporting
  • Coordinate with Pronto and HubJoy on website and HubSpot support requests

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing operations, data analysis, or reporting
  • HubSpot experience including reporting, lists, and basic workflow configuration
  • Google Analytics experience for traffic reporting and analysis
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for data analysis and reporting
  • Detail-oriented with strong commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong documentation skills for creating SOPs and process guides
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

  • Project management tool experience (Asana preferred)
  • Experience with multi-location or franchise marketing operations
  • Familiarity with CRM data migrations and integrations
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field
