Role Description


As a B2B Marketing Coordinator, you will support the daily execution of marketing activities across multiple accounts. You will help organize documents and timelines, prepare content, set up campaigns, and ensure that marketing tasks move forward on schedule. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, coordinating, organizing, and learning about modern B2B marketing within a fast-paced agency environment.


Your attention to detail, communication skills, and willingness to learn will be essential in helping our team deliver high-quality work for clients in the healthcare and technology space.


Key Responsibilities:


Document and Project Coordination (50%):

  • Set up documents using internal templates.
  • Create and maintain timelines, task trackers, and checklists.
  • Organize files in Google Drive and keep folders up to date.
  • Support account managers with day-to-day coordination tasks.


Marketing Execution and Content Support (30%):

  • Draft basic social media copy, particularly for LinkedIn.
  • Review content from writers and designers, checking for accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist with quality checks across deliverables.
  • Pull marketing industry news and updates for internal reference.
  • Help collect insights that support content ideas and campaign planning.


Campaign and Webinar Support ( 20%):

  • Set up Zoom Webinars following clear guidelines.
  • Assist in setting up social media campaigns, especially LinkedIn.
  • Pull data from different platforms to help prepare client reports.
  • Support simple email marketing tasks when needed.


Requirements:


  • Comfortable with Google Drive and Google Suite.
  • Basic writing skills for short copy.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable learning new tools.
  • Familiarity with Canva.


Nice to Have Skills:


These are not required. We will train you.

  • Experience with Asana.
  • Experience with Hootsuite.
  • Experience with Mailchimp.
  • Experience with Shopify or GoHighLevel.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience with Zoom Webinars.
