THE PERSON
You are a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Agile and adaptable, you will proactively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the execution of the Garmany Golf marketing strategy overseeing exceptional delivery across all channels.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a D2c luxury environment, with a background in travel and/or golf sectors an advantage. You have a proven track record of delivering a multi channel marketing strategy and can demonstrate the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. You excel at building long-term relationships, demonstrating proactivity and an unwavering commitment to positioning the brand.
THE ROLE
Working as part of a decentralised, global team, this role requires someone with exceptional organisation skills and the ability to adapt to working across multiple channels to deliver, measure and recommend improvements to marketing campaigns. You will be customer centric in your approach using an analytical mindset to optimise marketing activity, balancing this with creative sensibility.
Success in this role demands a balance of thoughtfulness, efficiency, and accountability, along with the ability to anticipate the evolving needs of a growing business through proactive communication and action across the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Coordination & Execution
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to Support marketing campaigns from concept through to delivery ensuring alignment across email, paid media, social, website, and partnerships.
- Manage the marketing calendar & campaign timelines, assets, and stakeholder communications (internal teams, agencies, or creative partners).
- Ensure campaigns reflect the luxury brand positioning — visuals, tone, and experience must feel premium and aspirational.
- Coordinate with the sales & guest experience teams to align promotional messages and offers with customer needs.
- Assist with creative briefings, approvals and asset management.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and writers to produce destination storytelling content that inspires affluent golf focused travelers
Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Manage and schedule email marketing campaigns — segment lists, track performance, and optimize for engagement and conversions.
- Support paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google, programmatic, etc.) by gathering creative assets, tracking links, and ensuring brand alignment.
- Update website content (offers, itineraries, blogs) in collaboration with external and internal teams
- Track campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversion, engagement, ROAS, bookings), working with external teams where necessary to provide actionable insights.
Customer Relationship & CRM Support
- Help manage the CRM database, ensuring accurate customer segmentation and personalization for high-value clients. (Experience of working with Zoho or Klayvio would be an advantage).
- Support lifecycle marketing programs — from welcome journeys to post-trip engagement.
- Work closely with the guest concierge team to ensure marketing aligns with the luxury service experience expected by the clientele.
Partnerships & Events
- Coordinate brand partnerships with luxury brands, tourism boards, or hospitality partners in the golf & travel space.
- Support exclusive events & experiences (e.g. hosted dinners, competitions, or sponsorship events) for Garmany Golf Partners.
- Manage logistics, invitations, guest lists, and post-event follow-up content
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-5 years of experience marketing in a direct to consumer luxury service brand or product with exposure to HNW clientele.
- Exceptional communication skills with impeccable written and verbal abilities to engage with clients, suppliers and team members professionally and effectively.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities with efficiency while managing tasks based on urgency, complexity, and deadlines.
- A critical thinker with an analytical mindset, demonstrating the ability to simplify complex data into actionable solutions

COMPENSATION
Location: Remote
Salary: $50-60,000 annual base plus performance related bonus
