About the Role
Revelio Labs is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with a primary emphasis on conference coordination to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the preparation and execution of conferences and industry events that Revelio Labs attends across the HR tech and finance spaces.
You will help coordinate the logistics associated with each event, coordinate with vendors and partners, and work with internal teams to ensure materials, schedules, and communications are organized. Beyond conferences, you will contribute to broader marketing efforts, including campaign support, content coordination, and the development of additional marketing materials. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative, with opportunities to take on expanded responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Revelio Labs’ participation in HR tech, finance, and workforce analytics conferences and events
- Manage all event logistics, including vendor communication, booth setup, collateral development, and on-site coordination
- Collaborate with Marketing Managers to plan pre-event marketing, event coverage, and post-event engagement campaigns
- Research and evaluate new sponsorship, speaking, and partnership opportunities.
- Support content creation for digital assets and event materials
- Track event performance metrics and generate post-event reports to guide future strategy
- Maintain event calendars and track event performance metrics to guide future strategy
- Contribute to broader marketing initiatives, including campaign execution and audience engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or communications (internships or professional experience welcomed)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with strong collaboration skills
- Interest in HR technology, economics, and data analytics is highly valued
