We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Rouge Care and support our social media, influencer partnerships, and community growth initiatives.
You'll work closely with our Social Media & PR Manager on everything from coordinating influencer campaigns to engaging with our community across platforms. This is a hands-on role where you'll gain real experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and relationship management for a growing wellness brand.
Influencer & Partnership Management
- Coordinate influencer outreach, contracts, and creative briefings
- Organize content review and follow-up with brand partners
- Assist in scripting and planning UGC campaigns
- Support affiliate partner communication and relationship management
Community & Content
- Manage day-to-day community engagement on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Reddit
- Participate in relevant wellness forums and conversations to build brand awareness
- Assist in social media content creation and scheduling
- Write first drafts of blog posts on red light therapy and wellness
SEO & Growth
- Research and identify link-building opportunities to improve organic reach
- Support content strategy with keyword research and topic ideation
General Marketing Support
- Help coordinate marketing campaigns and track performance
- Stay up-to-date on red light therapy and wellness industry trends
- Collaborate with the team on creative projects and brand initiatives
- Assist with In-person events and Photoshoots on a need-basis
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to work autonomously and collaborate in a team setting
- Genuinely interested in wellness and beauty communities
- A strong communicator who's comfortable reaching out to influencers and partners
- Social media savvy with an understanding of what makes content resonate - better yet, if you're a TikTok or YouTube lover!
- Proactive and resourceful - you take initiative and find solutions independently
- Relevant experience or education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Youtube and Pinterest)
- Understanding of content creation and digital marketing fundamentals
- Short-form video editing skills (Capcut, Edits and Canva)
- Experience with influencer outreach or content
- Comfortable learning new platforms quickly
Start date: May 1st, 2025
- Contract until the end of August 2025
- Remote work with occasional meetings in Montréal
- Possibility of a full-time role at the end of the internship based on performance and company needs
