Role Description
This is an internship role as a Marketing Communication Intern at SwipeJobb AB. The Intern will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to marketing the app, dashboard and its upcoming AI solutions to increase sales and provide customer support. This is a hybrid role, based in Malmö, Sweden with flexibility for some remote work. The intern can get bonuses or incentives based on their sales since it is an unpaid internship. We encourage applicants living in Malmö or Lund to apply, as applications from outside Sweden will not be considered.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Marketing strategy and Sales Management skills.
- Brand strategy and lead generation knowledge.
- Digital marketing skills or knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Swedish)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Schedule and meet with customers and partners online or on spot.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM), and email marketing software is a plus
- Experience in small to medium-sized businesses like brands, warehouses, retail, cafes, delivery or cleaning industries is a plus.
