We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading biopharmaceutical company for a Marketing Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand campaigns, omnichannel communications, and cross-functional project delivery within a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support planning, execution, and measurement of brand campaigns.
- Act as a brand ambassador across internal teams, agencies, and vendors.
- Apply customer-centric principles to optimise engagement at key touchpoints.
- Deliver marketing projects on time, compliant with industry regulations.
- Analyse campaign data and KPIs to inform future marketing strategies.
- Contribute to process improvements and agile ways of working.
Requirements:
- University degree in marketing, business, IT, or a related discipline.
- Experience or knowledge of multichannel/digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management and prioritisation skills.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance in marketing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Organised, proactive, and motivated, with strong problem-solving abilities.
