About the Role

We’re looking for an ambitious Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands paid social strategy end-to-end, and is excited to scale campaigns that drive measurable business results.

As a key contributor to our marketing efforts, you’ll be responsible for building, optimizing, and analyzing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with creative contractors and the directors to ensure campaigns are aligned with the business objectives and delivering strong engagement.


About the Company - Aura ETFs

The role is for our partner company, Aura ETFs, which is coming to market in April.   Aura ETFs is a disruptive ETF brand that will bring ETFs to market in the US, primarily targeting retail investors making their own investment decisions across platforms like Charles Schwab and Robinhood.  The marketing strategy will largely be oriented around content, social media and community engagement.

What You'll Do
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across platforms such as YouTube, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, X and Reddit.
  • Monitor performance daily and optimize campaigns based on engagement KPIs.
  • Conduct audience research, segmentation, and A/B testing to improve targeting and performance
  • Collaborate with the creative contractors to develop high-performing ad concepts and iterate based on data insights
  • Manage budgets efficiently and forecast spend to meet growth targets
  • Build clear, actionable performance reports and communicate results to internal stakeholders
  • Stay up to date with paid social trends, algorithm updates, and emerging ad formats
  • Schedule, monitor and optimize the businesses organic content across its social channels.


About We're Looking For
  • 1–3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution models
  • Experience working within ad managers across major social platforms
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be based in the United States and available during East Coast business hours


Bonus Points
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-native reporting tools)
  • Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and event-based optimization
  • Experience in high-growth startups or performance-driven environments
  • Interest or understanding of ETFs and investing generally
  • Experience in high-growth startups or performance-driven environments
