About the Role

RecSkills is hiring a Marketing Assistant on behalf of our client. We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and creative individual who enjoys supporting marketing operations, coordinating campaigns, and contributing to brand growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on experience across multiple marketing functions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with content creation for social media, email, and other marketing channels.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, schedules, and campaign timelines.
  • Conduct market research to support strategic decisions.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Update marketing databases, CRM tools, and documentation.
  • Help manage social media posts, engagement, and basic design tasks (if applicable).


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or administrative support (internships welcomed).
  • Strong understanding of basic marketing concepts and digital tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, CRM systems, or analytics platforms is a plus.
