Role & Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain digital marketing campaigns across email, social, and search—set up assets, schedule deployments, and ensure accurate tracking.
- Create, edit, and publish client-focused content: social posts, blog summaries, email newsletters, and landing pages using Canva and WordPress.
- Manage CRM records and audience segments (HubSpot); build and deploy email nurture sequences while ensuring data privacy and HIPAA-safe handling of any protected information.
- Monitor campaign performance; produce concise weekly/monthly reports using Google Analytics and ad-platform metrics, and recommend optimizations to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Coordinate virtual events, webinars, and community outreach logistics with clinicians and operations to drive referrals and family engagement.
- Maintain website content and on-page SEO (meta tags, CTAs); assist with paid ad setup and basic A/B testing in Google Ads.
