Role & Responsibilities
- Support the execution of integrated digital campaigns across email, paid social, search, and content channels—track performance and report weekly metrics.
- Build, schedule, and optimize email marketing sequences using CRM/marketing automation platforms; maintain contact lists and segmentation.
- Create and edit marketing assets—social posts, landing pages, blog posts, banners, and basic design collateral—to maintain brand consistency.
- Manage website content updates and landing page builds in CMS; implement SEO best practices for on-page optimization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, design) to align campaign creative, messaging, and lead routing.
- Monitor budgets and ad spend, perform basic bid adjustments, and support A/B tests to improve CPA and conversion rates.
Must-Have
- Practical experience with CRM and email platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
- Familiarity with web analytics (Google Analytics) and campaign tracking (UTM, conversion events)
- Hands-on exposure to paid advertising platforms (Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager)
- Working knowledge of SEO and on-page optimization techniques
- Experience with content management systems and landing page builders (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
- Basic visual design skills using Canva or Adobe Photoshop
- Experience with marketing automation and lead-nurture workflows
- Familiarity with paid search optimization and bid management
- Prior experience supporting B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing
