Marketing & Social Media Manager
Location: Flexible remote working, with occasional travel for team meetings or events.
Salary: £38,000–£40,000 (depending on experience)
Are you a creative marketer with a flair for social media and content that cuts through the noise? RGIS, a global leader in inventory and retail services, is looking for a Marketing & Social Media Manager to help amplify our brand across multiple markets.
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing - International, you will manage our social media presence and support multi-channel campaigns. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your ideas and content will drive engagement and visibility worldwide.
What You Will Do
- Lead and grow RGIS’s social media presence, creating posts, graphics, videos and thought leadership content.
- Support multi-channel B2B campaigns across social, email, and paid media, helping to drive awareness and generate leads.
- Capture engaging content at UK exhibitions and selected international events to showcase our brand.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, optimising activity to improve engagement, reach and ROI.
- Help bring our brand to life across all channels, ensuring consistent messaging worldwide.
Who You Are
- 3–4 years’ experience in marketing or social media (B2B preferred).
- Good understanding of digital marketing principles, content marketing, and lead generation.
- Confident using LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, CRM/automation tools, and Canva/Adobe Creative Suite.
- A creative, proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced international environment.
- Confident and versatile writer with a keen eye for detail and a knack for engaging content.
Bonus: Experience in retail, logistics, or service-based industries, familiarity with multi-country marketing campaigns, or basic SEO/website content management experience (e.g. WordPress) is highly desirable.
