FlexWork Sports partners with top athletes to create unforgettable youth sports experiences. With 300+ camps planned annually, we’re scaling fast and looking for a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator who can elevate our content, strengthen our brand, and support our growing marketing operations.


Role Overview

The Marketing & Social Media Coordinator supports daily content output, manages the marketing calendar, assists with partner deliverables, and helps drive brand storytelling across all channels. This role collaborates across departments, as well as with athlete representatives and external partners, to bring FlexWork Sports’ mission to life.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day social media planning, publishing, and asset organization across all platforms.
  • Create and edit short-form video content, graphics, and photos.
  • Maintain the master content calendar for 300+ annual camps.
  • Support brand campaigns, social activations, and creative storytelling initiatives.
  • Handle community management including comments, DMs, and parent communication.
  • Assist with partner deliverables: screenshots, recap decks, logo usage, and asset tracking.
  • Support website updates, asset uploads, and QA.
  • Collaborate with athlete teams on pre-camp and post-camp content needs.
  • Manage deliverables from photographers and videographers to ensure timely turnaround.


What You Bring

  • 2–5 years of experience in social media, content creation, or marketing (sports experience preferred but not required).
  • Strong short-form editing skills across modern editing tools.
  • Ability to manage high-volume content workflows while staying organized.
  • Strong writing skills and an instinct for brand voice.
  • Comfort working at events and around pro/college athletes.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
