Hidroxa is on a mission to help people who struggle with hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) by offering a clinically proven, non-invasive treatment through our iontophoresis machine. We’re expanding our team and looking for a creative, organized, and motivated junior team member to support both our Marketing and Sales department.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing
Assist the manager in daily tasks and ongoing projects
Help create and schedule engaging short-form video and graphic content (primarily for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
Answer DMs and comments with warmth and empathy
Contribute to outreach efforts and awareness campaigns
Support research on trends, influencers, and hyperhidrosis-related topics
Provide creative input and ideas for upcoming campaigns
Sales
Help identify and qualify prospective customers and establish new partnerships through online research and direct outreach efforts.
Administrative Support: Assist in organizing sales documents, scheduling meetings, and managing communications with internal and external stakeholders.
Market Research: Stay informed of industry trends and competitor products to support data-driven sales strategies and provide insights to the team.
Help keep our content calendar and campaign tasks organized
Provide general team support where needed
Requirements:
Previous experience with social media or admin tasks is a plus, but not required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Highly creative and self-motivated
Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Microsoft Office, and basic knowledge of Magento is a bonus
Comfortable navigating platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
No previous sale experience required
