The Opportunity:
This internship is perfect for someone who wants a diverse, hands-on role at a high-growth scale-up.
You’ll work across three core areas:
- Marketing: help shape our online presence across Instagram, TikTok, and internal content channels.
- Customer Success: support our tenants across multiple cities, making sure every Fuse resident feels at home.
- Operations & PMS Implementation: help us roll out and optimise our Property Management System across Europe.
You’ll be part of a small, fast-moving Rotterdam team, working closely with the founders, property managers, and support teams across cities.
What You'll Be Doing:
Marketing & Community
- Create and schedule content for Instagram and TikTok
- Capture stories from tenants and Fuse houses
- Help grow brand awareness across Europe
Customer Success
- Provide friendly, efficient support to tenants via WhatsApp, email, and our support tools
- Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and everyday questions
- Keep tenant experience smooth, calm, and well-organised
Operations & PMS
- Support our Property Management System (PMS): data entry, onboarding units, pricing updates
- Help keep records clean across cities (pricing, availability, deposits, tenant data)
- Assist with reporting, dashboards, and automation setups
What We're Looking For:
- A proactive, positive mindset: you take ownership
- Interest in marketing, hospitality, real estate, or community building
- Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, social media, Google Workspace)
- Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Excited to learn in a fast-paced, international environment
