About Bristu Studio
Bristu Studio is a creative branding, design, and marketing agency based in Nijmegen. We help businesses grow through branding, websites, digital marketing, content creation, and strategic communication. We work with both local and international clients and are always looking for new opportunities to expand our network and partnerships.
- We are looking for a motivated Marketing & Business Development Intern who wants to gain hands-on experience in client acquisition, market research, and business growth. This internship offers a practical introduction to how agencies attract clients, build relationships, and develop new business opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Research industries, markets, and potential client segments
- Build and maintain prospect databases and lead lists
- Identify businesses that could benefit from Bristu Studio's services
- Create and send outreach emails to potential clients
- Follow up on conversations and maintain lead communication
- Support business development and client acquisition activities
- Participate in internal meetings and strategic discussions
- Assist with preparing proposals and client presentations
- Contribute ideas for growing Bristu Studio and expanding our client portfolio

What We're Looking For
- Final-year Bachelor's or Master's student in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Commercial Economics, or a related field
- Native or advanced Dutch language skills are required, as most communication and outreach activities will be conducted in Dutch
- Basic English communication skills for collaboration and communication within the team
- Strong research and communication abilities
- Proactive and self-motivated mindset
- Comfortable communicating with businesses through email and professional outreach
- Interest in marketing, sales, branding, and business growth
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and take initiative
Language Requirements
- Dutch: Native or Advanced Professional Proficiency (required)
- English: Basic working proficiency for internal team communication
