- As an independent business, a deal can be structured that suits you and your family. As a rule of thumb, the business offers up to 50% on new business and 25% on renewals, but can be flexed depending on your requirements on your base salary in the earlier years
- You will have the opportunity to build out your own practice, should you wish to. There really isn’t a ceiling so if you have wider/bigger aspirations outside of a pure production role, this could be an excellent opportunity for you
