Compensation: $49 to $61 per hour

Role Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and edit AI generated content for clarity, accuracy, tone, and style.
- Develop training datasets to improve AI narrative structure and linguistic quality.
- Collaborate with data scientists to provide feedback for model improvement.
- Identify patterns in AI outputs to enhance performance and reduce errors.
- Ensure AI written content aligns with editorial standards and voice guidelines.
Requirements
- Professional experience as a writer, author, editor, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with AI tools, NLP concepts, or digital content platforms.
- Ability to critique and improve both long form and short form content.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting.
