We are partnered with an innovative medical manufacturer who is seeking a Country Manager to lead their operations in Spain.
This is a high-impact leadership role with full responsibility for country performance, combining P&L ownership, commercial strategy, market expansion, distributor leadership and organisational build-out. The successful individual will play a central role in shaping the company's next phase of growth in the Spanish market.
The Opportunity
You will take ownership of the Spanish business, driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability and market share. Working closely with international leadership, you will define and execute the local strategy, strengthen routes to market, and ensure the organisation is set up for long-term success.
This role would suit a commercially strong and entrepreneurial leader who is comfortable operating at both strategic and operational level.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Full P&L accountability for the business in Spain.
- Define and execute the country growth strategy.
- Lead business development and identify new market opportunities.
- Optimise portfolio positioning, pricing strategies and customer mapping.
- Manage and develop distributor and partner relationships.
- Build, lead and evolute the local organisation.
- Drive performance through clear KPIs, forecasting and operational discipline.
What We Are Looking For:
- Senior leadership experience at Managing Director, Country Manager or equivalent level.
- Experienced in managing a full P&L within a commercial B2B environment.
- Strong background in business development, commercial strategy and sales leadership.
- Proven ability to build teams, develop talent and create a high-performance environment.
- Strong financial, analytical and stakeholder management capability.
