For our client, we are seeking a Managing Director, Operations to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to execute against strategic priorities and scale performance. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution in a high-growth environment.

- Oversee multiple manufacturing facilities and guide department heads in goal setting and performance evaluation
- Drive business objectives related to safety, cost, quality, and efficiency; review and approve key metrics and control plans
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee contributions and drive accountability in operations
- Provide strategic vision and develop plans to achieve operational goals and growth
- Foster a positive employee experience through effective leadership, coaching, and development
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 15+ years of progressive operations experience, or equivalent education and experience
- 7+ years in team management and development
- Strong understanding of end-to-end processes in meat manufacturing
- Experience in production, purchasing, engineering, and production control with a successful track record
- Ability to establish credibility and support company priorities
