About the Role
Zetatech Services Inc. (“Zetatech”) is the Canadian arm of the Nax Capital group, a global digital asset and fintech platform operating across trading, payments, and financial infrastructure.
Nax Capital operates an international crypto trading and brokerage platform, providing institutional-grade trading infrastructure, liquidity access, and execution services to a global client base. Zetatech plays a key role in the group’s Canadian strategy.
The synergy between Zetatech and Nax Capital is central to the model: Zetatech drives local market development and client acquisition while leveraging Nax Capital’s global infrastructure.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining business development, client acquisition, operations, and regulatory coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition, Growth & Retention
· Lead client acquisition efforts focusing on HNW, active traders, and institutional clients
· Build and manage client pipeline
· Drive client retention and engagement
· Conduct presentations, pitches, and meetings
Market Leadership & Business Development
· Lead Canadian market strategy
· Drive OTC and broker growth with Nax Capital
· Develop partnerships and opportunities
Regulatory & Compliance
· Ensure compliance with FINTRAC and PCMLTFA
· Support AML/CTF frameworks
Operations
· Oversee onboarding and operations
· Coordinate with providers and stakeholders
Team Build-Out
· Build and manage local team
· Recruit and define structure
Candidate Profile
· 7-15+ years in fintech / finance / trading
· Strong client acquisition and sales experience
· Regulatory environment experience
