- Manage the execution of vendor onboarding and launch activities for approved vendor partnerships, from initial handoff through go-to-market readiness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors during onboarding, guiding them through required documentation, timeliness, and launch milestones.
- Coordinate and lead vendor go-to-market and readiness meetings, ensuring clear agendas, documented outcomes, and follow-up actions.
- Track onboarding progress, identify risks or delays, and proactively escalate issues to senior leadership to maintain momentum and alignment.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure readiness for new vendor launches.
- Support vendor enablement efforts by coordinating materials, training sessions, and internal communications aligned to established channel strategies.
- Assist with contract review and vendor setup processes in partnership with the leadership team and other necessary internal teams.
- Manage vendor operational setup, including onboarding documentation, price books, product catalogs, and coordination of technical integrations as needed.
- Maintain accurate vendor records, status reporting, and program tracking to support leadership visibility and decision-making.
- Participate in vendor meetings and industry events as needed to support onboarding, relationship management, and launch success (up to 25% travel).
- At least 5 years of experience managing vendor relationships, ideally within a distributor, aggregator, or major channel-focused partner.
- Strong understanding of the IT reseller ecosystem, including VARs, MSPs, and integrators.
- Proven success working with hardware, software, and security vendors in the mobility space.
- Experience with cloud products, device lifecycle management, and channel partner enablement strategies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise mobility use-cases in regulated and field environments.
- Experience with EDI/API integrations and distribution workflows.
- Strong business and technical acumen with the ability to translate complex vendor strategies into executable channel plans.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, PRM & CRM tools, and project management software; NetSuite experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to operate independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
