Job Description

Cytel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Talent Management to join our dynamic team. As a key leader in our Talent team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing talent solutions that drive organizational success and foster a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities

Design & Build:

  • Design and implement performance management processes, talent reviews, and succession planning initiatives aligned with Cytel's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and enhance performance review processes, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance coaching.
  • Partner with HRIS team to configure and optimize Oracle functionalities to support talent management processes effectively.
  • Develop talent management programs, including talent assessment and career pathing, including Learning and Development (L&D.

Manage Programs & Projects

  • Drive enterprise-wide adoption of performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of talent development programs to deliver exceptional participant experiences.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, manage project teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Lead communication and change management strategies to support the implementation of talent programs and projects.

Leverage & Lead With Data

  • Utilize workforce data to inform talent management decisions and identify areas for improvement in talent pipelines, succession planning, and organizational capability.
  • Synthesize insights from workforce data to develop metrics and reports that measure the effectiveness of talent solutions and their impact on business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to conduct strategic workforce planning and analyze workforce trends and patterns.
  • Apply a data-driven approach to enhance capability models, talent assessment practices, and other talent management solutions.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in HR and Talent Management or related fields, with a track record of supporting organization-wide HR projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and inform decision-making.
