Accountabilities
- Lead a team responsible for generating and posting physician and APP schedules across various specialties and sites, ensuring efficiency and compliance with operational goals.
- Identify and implement opportunities to optimize scheduling processes, improve response times, and reduce costs.
- Maintain real-time schedule accuracy and produce coverage summaries and performance reports for leadership.
- Assist with facility-specific physician panel formation during implementation, ensuring proper licensure and privileges.
- Manage escalations, coordinate with Practice Management leadership, and resolve coverage issues.
- Collaborate with technology and scheduling leaders to enhance systems, share best practices, and maintain operational excellence.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members while managing performance, payroll, and administrative responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in physician scheduling or workforce management.
- Prior management experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Salesforce experience a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask, make data-driven decisions, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
