We are seeking a Customer Success Manager. This role is responsible for owning the post-sale customer lifecycle, driving renewals and expansion, and ensuring long-term customer retention and value realization. You’ll act as a trusted advisor while directly contributing to revenue growth across a large and diverse client portfolio.
Job Duties
- Own the full post-sale customer lifecycle including onboarding support, account development, renewals, and expansion planning
- Manage end-to-end renewal processes, ensuring timely and successful contract execution
- Identify churn risks early and execute proactive retention strategies
- Push upsell/expansion opportunities across existing accounts through value-based conversations
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and executive sponsors
- Conduct account reviews, success planning sessions, and performance reporting
- Analyze customer usage and engagement data to drive long term value/adoption
- Forecast renewals, expansion revenue using CRM tools and pipeline tracking
Skills & Experience
Required
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role
- Proven track record managing renewals, upsells, and retention within a SaaS environment
- Experience managing large, diverse customer portfolios
- Experience conducting executive-level and ROI-driven business discussions
- Proficiency with CRM platforms HubSpot preferred
- Experience with complex or configurable software solutions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret customer usage and performance data
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Desired
- Experience with HubSpot CRM
- Background in SaaS or physical security technology
- Experience working with channel partners or reseller networks
- Familiarity with onboarding and customer training programs
- Experience using tools such as Asana, G-Suite, or Microsoft Office
- Experience identifying and executing account expansion strategies across departments
