Victoria’s Secret Digital’s International Team is looking for a Manager of Digital Marketing to support all digital initiatives, from strategy to execution in our EU markets.
Your Role
Full-time position supporting the Marketing Strategy, Planning and Execution Process for Victoria’s Secret Global International. This role will enable and unlock expansion of our digital marketing programs today, with a heavy focus on all Paid Channels in EU (Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, DOOH, CTV etc.) This role will have day-to-day contact with our Digital Ad Agency and will provide detailed metrics to International team and senior leadership. Constant collaboration with cross-functional partners to drive and optimize our growing digital business.

Your Impact
- In partnership with Director & Marketing Manager, develop strategy to support growth across all our EU Markets.
- Develop and support localized EU events based on in-market insights and competitive patterning.
- Partner with analytics team / agency to create actionable digital analytics dashboard to identify strategies that drive retention and customer acquisition
- Leverage insights from daily/weekly/monthly digital marketing reports to drive key decisions
- Manage International digital marketing process and identify areas of improvement internally and with third-party partners.
- Manage all EU International display ads and digital marketing campaigns.
- Review e-mail, display ad, website, and any other relevant creative for content & accuracy, as well as alignment with strategic objectives.
- Stay up to date on digital marketing innovations and best practices and proactively provide recommendations on new tactics and testing agenda.
- Presenting actions / recommendations to senior leadership.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Merchandising, Creative & other VS teams
Your Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or related degree.
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, retail preferred.
• Highly organized, flexible and have a proven multi-tasking ability.
• Experience managing agency / third party relationships
• Ability to glean insights from complex digital metrics. Comfortable with data and presenting data to large teams.
• Personal professionalism and sense of accountability.
• Innovative mindset with intellectual curiosity.
• Ability to react quickly to changes in priorities; navigate changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Windows applications (Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint); strong spreadsheet skills. • Ability to quickly learn new campaign execution tools.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
