Job Title: Manager – Delivery & After-Sales Service (C&I BESS)



Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Manager – Delivery & After-Sales Service to lead the execution, commissioning, and lifecycle service management of Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. This role is responsible for ensuring successful project delivery, customer satisfaction, operational performance, and long-term service excellence.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management capability, technical understanding of energy storage systems, and customer-focused service leadership.


Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of C&I BESS projects from handover through commissioning and closure
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, site teams, and contractors to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
  • Monitor project milestones, budgets, and risk mitigation
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and technical requirements
  • Manage site readiness, installation oversight, and commissioning activities

After-Sales Service Management

  • Establish and manage structured after-sales service processes
  • Oversee maintenance planning, service scheduling, and issue resolution
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts and coordinate technical support teams
  • Manage warranty claims, service documentation, and customer communication
  • Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies

Customer & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary post-delivery customer interface
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building
  • Handle escalations professionally and proactively
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service gaps

Operational Excellence

  • Develop SOPs for delivery and service operations
  • Track KPIs related to uptime, response time, and service quality
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support training of field technicians and service partners


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project delivery or service management in renewable energy, BESS, power systems, or industrial infrastructure
  • Strong technical understanding of electrical systems and energy storage solutions
  • Proven experience managing site teams and customer-facing operations
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance standards
