- Seeking a change-focused, transformation practitioner rather than an IT specialist.
- The ideal candidate should have strong experience in driving organizational change, improving operating models, and implementing new ways of working.
- They must be able to translate ambiguity into clear problem statements, actionable recommendations, and sustainable processes, with excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- 8+ years in management consulting, strategy, or organizational transformation
- Focused on change, transformation, and operating model expertise
- Experience driving change, business process redesign, or operating model improvements
- Proven ability to analyze current-state processes, identify gaps, and propose actionable solutions
- Skilled in facilitating workshops, interviews, and alignment sessions with senior stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking & problem-structuring skills
- Ability to design/redefine operating rhythms, governance, and cross-functional workflows
- Proficient in executive-ready deliverables: decks, frameworks, narratives
- Track record of implementing changes and supporting adoption independently
