Machine Learning Engineer - Remote - Freelance (12 months)


Role: Machine Learning Engineer

Location: Stockholm, Sweden

Rate: 75-90€ p/h flexible for the right candidate

Contract: 12 Months

Working Model: Remote


Role Overview:

We’re looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer with a strong background in Computer Vision to join our team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in designing the neural networks that drive our core technology, and you’ll take ownership of a key part of our ML stack.


  • Design neural networks for Computer Vision applications, focusing on optimizing for low-latency and low-computation systems.
  • Build and maintain MLOps pipelines to manage and ensure reproducibility of experiments.
  • Contribute to designing and running efficient large-scale data pipelines that integrate into our training infrastructure.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and incorporate them into our technology.


Qualifications:


  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience designing and deploying neural networks on various hardware platforms.
  • Strong understanding of computer vision algorithms, machine learning, and software development.
  • Proficiency in Python programming, along with experience in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras, and familiarity with OpenCV. Knowledge of C++ is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of the MLOps stack and data engineering concepts.
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms, especially Google Cloud (GCP), is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Experience working in Agile software development environments.
