We are looking to add two talented Polar Cruise Specialists (Remote - Americas) to this team:


About the Job Are you a high-performing sales "All-Star" with a passion for the world’s most remote corners or perhaps a seasoned polar expedition veteran looking to share your story and enter the unchartered territory of "Sales"?


The Profile We’re Looking For: We are a team of legends—from 20-year Expedition Leaders to luxury sales masters. To join us, you must be:

  • A Master Storyteller: You can paint a picture of the Lemaire Channel so vivid the client can feel the ice crackling.
  • An Empathetic Consultant: You listen first. Our value is in finding the right trip for the client, not the easiest one to sell.
  • A Natural Closer: You are a self-starter who knows how to manage a pipeline and move a high-net-worth lead from inquiry to "booked."
  • A Travel Obsessive: You have a genuine love for adventure. Ideally, you’ve been to the poles, but at a minimum, you live and breathe the expedition lifestyle.


What You’ll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end sales for luxury Arctic and Antarctic expeditions.
  • Provide expert, unbiased advice across multiple ship operators to help clients navigate their options.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with a sophisticated North American clientele.
  • Work autonomously from your home office (must be based in the Americas/Time zones: EST, CST, MST, or PST).

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in Adventure Travel or Luxury Sales (Top 10% performance).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and a high level of digital literacy.
  • Required: Residents of North America, Central or South America only.
