Logistics Specialist
Your Responsibilities
- Provide overall support to sales, operations, logistics, internal peers and order execution with clients
- Review and processe purchase agreements with high level of accuracy, supports sales in case of changes has to be done in CRM (salesforce.com)
- Provide timely follow-up to customers, order fulfilment, sales managers, and internal peers
- Interact with clients in a clear and professional manner
- Collaborate with accounting department to resolve outstanding AR issues and client credit availability, taking into consideration existing orders and deliveries
- Responsible for both inbound and outbound tasks, depending on business needs
Order Processing:
- Liaise with internal departments and external logistics service providers to ensure shipment and delivery of shipment documents
- Work with customer and internal departments to facilitate payment as to defined payment terms inclusive payment reminders
- Monitor and checks delivery of orders, provides status updates and confirm delivery schedules
- Maintain and updates internal documentation and ensures high data accuracy in ERP (SAP)
- Update internal peers and customer about order fulfilment status
- Monitor order fulfilment process inclusive delivery and analyses and helps to solves logistics issues
- Assist in developing logistics plans and procedures
- Ensure high customer satisfaction at all times
- Ensure compliance of internal processes and policies and external regulations at all times
Your Profile
- Degree or vocational training in business or engineering
- Experience in sales or sales support in a comparable industry
- Good knowledge of sales support processes
- Proficient in Spanish, English and Chinese
- Good knowledge and experience of CRM salesforce.com
- Knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0
- Self-starter attitude, willing and able to work remotely in and with virtual team
