Job Summary: Ensure the company's daily logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently. Execute tactical plans, such as storing and distributing our products. Manage supply chain operations and constantly maintain regular contact with suppliers.


Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate all our international logistics operations, including distribution and replenishment of goods.
  • Manage and prepare the necessary documentation to ensure the correct execution of our international shipments. 
  • Being the official counterpart to our international partners, such as Warehouses, during the shipping process.
  • Manage international inventory levels to avoid stockouts (or to ensure availability for the different channels)
  • Support all internal requirements related to international product movements (Samples, Gifts, Sponsorships, etc.) or similar.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new procedures to optimize the company's supply chain.
  • Maintain all our systems up to date, which means recording all our international movements and their costs. 
  • Analyse all the data and prepare business reports with key performance metrics to monitor the efficiency of our supply chain.


Desired Qualifications

  • Minimum Years of experience: 3-4
  • Experience with import/export (preferred), inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Proficient in the use of technology, systems, and software (WMS, ERP)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically with manufacturers, sales leadership team, customers, and associates.
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Demonstrated being a proactive, detail-oriented, and objective-oriented person. Strong time management is essential for the remote position.


Job Requirements:

  • BA/BS Bachelor's degree with a focus in logistics (preferred), operations, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft and Google Suite, or similar analytical tools (programming languages are highly valued).
  • Advanced English Level: Strong English oral and written communication skills.
  • Availability to travel within Mexico and the USA (2-3 times per year)
