The position focuses on accuracy, efficiency, and providing high-quality service to internal stakeholders. You will work closely with global vendors and sales teams, gaining exposure to stock management, transport coordination, and vendor relations.
The role offers flexibility and can be hybrid or fully remote, depending on where the candidate is based in the Netherlands.

The Logistics Expert plays a key role in supporting the full order process, from creating sales orders to ensuring on-time delivery.

As The Logistics Expert, You Will
- Act as the main service-oriented point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely operational support.
- Create and manage sales and purchase orders, ensuring precise processing and on-time fulfilment from stock or vendors.
- Process and dispatch license and support SKUs, sharing all required documentation with relevant teams.
- Monitor order status with vendors, resolve issues proactively, and secure on-time delivery.
- Handle order-related queries and minimise operational impact through effective problem-solving.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing service quality and operational efficiency within the Central Purchasing organisation.
The Ideal Logistics Expert
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), with solid analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Previous experience in operations or supply chain is a plus; familiarity with NetSuite CORE is advantageous.
- Strong command of business English (written and spoken). Strong proficiency in Dutch is highly desirable (but not mandatory).
- Customer-focused mindset, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and escalate issues when needed.
- Flexible, proactive team player, willing to take on broader responsibilities and adapt working hours when required.
