Temu is seeking highly motivated and experienced Logistics Commercial Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:
1. Manage and develop productive relationships with local logistics and warehousing providers to ensure optimal service levels.
2. Responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all fulfillment and logistics operations to maintain business continuity.
3. Optimize logistics and warehousing solutions to provide cost-effective logistics opportunities while ensuring stable business operations.
4. Support local logistics team to optimize business processes and handle daily exceptions to ensure smooth operation.
5. Analyze operations and propose innovative solutions to further optimize delivery processes and cost savings.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a top logistics and warehousing company, preferably with 3PL management experience in a top e-commerce logistics company. Experience in e-commerce customer projects is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage logistics during periods of high demand.
- Excellent problem solving skills, strategic thinking and ability to adapt quickly.
- Negotiation skills to manage relationships with suppliers.
Compensation and Benefits
Our compensation structure is designed to align with the cost of labor in various geographic markets across the US. The total salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $174,000 annually, based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, competencies and location.
