Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and applicants for missing information.
Prepare files for underwriting and compliance checks.
Assist with follow-ups, document requests, and internal reports.
Requirements
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with care.
Basic understanding of loan processes and financial documentation.
Proficient with Excel and CRM or loan processing systems.
