Goldberg & Goldberg, LLC is a Chicago-based trial law firm representing victims of catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. For more than fifty years, our firm has fought for individuals and families against insurance companies, hospitals, and corporations. We are seeking an experienced Remote Litigation Paralegal to support our personal injury litigation team.

Paralegals at our firm organize case files, manage litigation documents, track deadlines, and assist with discovery and trial preparation. This work requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a working knowledge of litigation procedure.

Responsibilities may include reviewing and summarizing medical records, preparing medical chronologies, drafting discovery responses, monitoring deadlines, organizing document productions, and ensuring litigation tasks are completed on schedule.

The ideal candidate must be able to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining close communication with attorneys and the litigation team.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time remote position, generally forty hours per week during standard business hours in the US/Central Time Zone. Occasional evening hours may be required when litigation deadlines approach.

  • Experience supporting U.S.-based litigation attorneys
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Experience summarizing legal documents or medical records
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
