Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver customized literature tutoring sessions for high school students, adapting to individual learning styles and goals.
  • Foster critical thinking and interpretive skills through guided analysis of classic and contemporary literary texts.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance reading comprehension and writing abilities.
  • Encourage thoughtful class discussions and facilitate a collaborative virtual learning atmosphere.
  • Create engaging resources and activities that deepen students' appreciation for literature.
  • Communicate regularly with students and guardians regarding progress, challenges, and achievements.
  • Stay current with curriculum standards and best practices in literature education.
