What you will do
- Prepare files for translation, send them to the agency, and check the returned translations.
- Work in Excel, SAP, and other internal data systems to keep information accurate and up to date.
- Do quality checks on labels, product descriptions, and large Excel databases.
- Support the Linguistic Compliance process and help improve workflows.
- Update documents like work instructions and checklists when processes change.
What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in linguistics required
- German and English fluency (must-have).
- At least 2 European languages total; more languages are a plus.
- Ideally 2–4 years of experience in an analyst, data, or process‑focused role.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Comfortable working with systems (ERP/PLM experience is a plus).
- Very high attention to detail — lots of repetitive checking and reviewing.
