About the Opportunity:
Seeking a founding Lifecycle Marketing Lead to own and optimize the entire user journey, from onboarding to retention and reactivation. The role involves designing and executing data-driven push notification, email, and in-app messaging campaigns to increase user engagement and revenue, drive feature adoption, and reduce churn.
Responsibilities:
• Define and lead lifecycle marketing strategy across push, email, and in-app channels.
• Own lifecycle marketing key metrics and communicate results to product and growth leadership.
• Build and execute complex CRM campaigns and automations to drive revenue, engagement, and retention.
• Drive lifecycle marketing experimentation roadmap with Data Science and Product teams.
• Act as a key growth stakeholder, driving leadership narrative on lifecycle initiatives and roadmap.
• Partner with Product teams to develop holistic lifecycle strategies and automations for all product lines.
• Collaborate with Brand Design and Product Marketing to create branded experiences and content for lifecycle channels.
Requirements:
• 6-8 years of experience leading complex lifecycle/CRM programs from strategy to execution.
• Extensive experience building and executing complex CRM campaigns involving multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Braze and other campaign-building platforms.
• Proven ability to drive lifecycle marketing results in a predominantly B2C environment; experience in crypto and FinTech is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of experimentation principles.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing automation/CRM systems and experience enhancing lifecycle marketing effectiveness.
• Strong copywriting skills and creative intuition for campaign development.
• Expertise in customer segmentation strategies and omni-channel subscriber management.

Compensation:
• Target base salary ranges between $150,000 and $180,000, plus equity and benefits
• Salary determined by skillset, relevant experience, interview quality, and market factors such as location
