We launched in 2016 as a marketplace for fonts with a subscription service. In the last 8 years, we have been through tremendous growth, and we're just getting started!

We have scaled to 50 million+ monthly page views, 8 million+ registrations, over 22 million listed products, and 22000+ active designers.

Our focus is to create a platform for designers that enables them to offer exceptional high-quality content. We make their products searchable in unique ways. This allows our customers to speed up their workflow, allowing them to focus on what they love most: Creating.

About the team:

The Creative Fabrica marketing team is all about driving customer growth and retention while working closely with our product team to bring exciting platform updates to our users. We’re a young, growing team that’s passionate about what we do!

From paid acquisition and SEO to social media, affiliate programs, email campaigns, and more -- we’ve got it all covered. Plus, we’re lucky to have an in-house Creative Team and a dedicated marketing analytics squad to back us up every step of the way.

About the role

We’re on the lookout for a seasoned B2C marketer with a strong background in SaaS to lead customer lifecycle marketing efforts at Creative Fabrica - starting with a key focus on email marketing as one of our primary channels for engagement and retention.

In this pivotal role on our marketing team, you’ll help us grow demand within the crafting community while improving the customer experience at every stage of their journey with us.

Your mission will be to craft messaging that educates potential users about our platform, supports new customers as they get started, shares helpful content and updates, and runs promotional campaigns that fuel our Product-Led Growth strategy.

You’ll take the lead on building and evolving email campaigns that prompt users to take meaningful, timely actions. A core part of your work will be managing and optimizing our onboarding and product marketing and promotional emails, making each touchpoint feel more relevant and impactful.

You’ll also develop segmented communication paths to better serve our diverse customer base. Beyond onboarding, you'll partner closely with fellow marketers to drive engagement across other marketing programs and acquisition efforts.

What you will do:

  • Own and evolve multiple touchpoints across the customer journey in collaboration with marketers, creatives, product managers, analysts, and engineers.
  • Design and execute automated email campaigns covering lead nurturing, onboarding, customer retention, and win-back strategies.
  • Champion fresh ideas to keep subscribers informed, engaged, and excited.
  • Improve the quality and performance of communications by analyzing engagement metrics and sharing actionable insights.
  • Maintain consistency in voice and message across all customer lifecycle interactions.
  • Monitor competitor strategies and trends to inform our own initiatives and uncover new opportunities.

What you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in tech or digital marketing, ideally in SaaS or eCommerce
  • 4+ years working in email marketing, lifecycle communications, or marketing automation
  • Proven success in leading lifecycle marketing strategy and execution
  • Strong background in crafting messages that resonate throughout every stage of the user journey
  • Technical fluency with email marketing tools - experience with platforms like Mailchimp, OneSignal, or similar is a must
  • Skilled in using CRM, marketing automation, and customer engagement platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
  • Confident decision-maker, even with incomplete data or in uncertain situations
  • Creative problem solver who can adapt quickly to evolving priorities

  • Comfortable testing, iterating, and navigating ambiguity to find what works
