Role Responsibilities
- Create structured tasks and deliverables based on common legal workflows and real-world requests.
- Apply legal expertise to support AI research, evaluation, and model improvement initiatives.
- Translate legal reasoning, documentation practices, and decision-making processes into clear formats.
- Review peer-developed deliverables to improve accuracy, clarity, and relevance for AI training.
- Work independently and asynchronously while meeting project deliverable timelines.
Requirements
- Strong years of professional experience practicing law or working in a legal capacity.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.
- Ability to clearly explain legal workflows, reasoning, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, project-based environment.
