Role Description
This is a remote, contract-based role for a Legal Operations & Knowledge Specialist at Legally.io. In this position, you will be responsible for managing legal content, ensuring the accuracy of legal document templates, and assisting with legal document preparation. You will collaborate with internal teams to address legal inquiries, provide insights into legal operations, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and effective communication to deliver excellent service to clients.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of Law, Legal Issues, and Legal Consulting
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and familiarity with legal documentation processes
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for articulating legal concepts clearly
- Experience collaborating in a remote working environment
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field is preferred
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to problem-solve
