Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Legal Intake Specialist. The Legal Intake Specialist will handle client intake processes, including gathering and managing client information and case details. Responsibilities include effective communication with potential and current clients, assessing their legal needs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth and professional intake experience. This role may also involve working with insurance claims or related matters when applicable.

Qualifications
- Spanish language fluency REQUIRED
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Experience in Client Intake and Customer Service
- Familiarity with insurance processes and related documentation is a plus
- Ability to build rapport with clients and ensure a positive experience
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in handling confidential information with discretion
- Previous experience in a legal or client service setting preferred
- $19-$23/hr depending on experience
