In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our legal operations, helping attorneys stay organized, prepared, and focused on delivering exceptional service to our clients. From managing legal files and calendars to coordinating with clients and preparing for hearings, your contributions will help drive our mission forward.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assemble, prepare, and maintain legal files, including Division forms and stipulations.
- Manage incoming and outgoing legal mail and ensure timely delivery to attorneys and claims staff.
- Maintain calendars for dockets and legal appointments; proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Draft and review correspondence and legal documents.
- Communicate with clients, claims representatives, and witnesses to coordinate meetings, interviews, and depositions.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and meetings.
- Support billing issue resolution with outside counsel.
- Enter and verify data in legal systems and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare Monthly Production Reports and other statistical documentation.
- Provide general administrative support, including travel arrangements and calendar management.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in legal support or administrative assistance, preferably in a law office setting.
