Position: Paralegals and Legal Assistants

Role Responsibilities
- Design questions related to your occupation as a Paralegal and Legal Assistant.
- Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated legal content to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs.
- Provide clear, structured feedback to AI research teams to improve training data quality and downstream performance.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency, relevance, and coverage across datasets.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
Must-Have
- 4+ years full-time work experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
- Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks).
