Position: Law Specialist (J.D. or equivalent legal education)
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $90–$100/hour

Role Responsibilities
- Analyze contracts, statutes, regulations, and case law at a clause and reference level
- Write high-quality, legally accurate answers demonstrating sound legal reasoning
- Track statutory references, exceptions, and compliance logic across documents
- Ensure prompt/answer pairs are clear, precise, and instructional for AI training
- Collaborate asynchronously with research teams supporting AI model development
Requirements
- J.D. or equivalent legal education
- Strong experience in legal analysis, drafting, or regulatory work
- Strong legal writing, comprehension, and interpretive skills
- Familiarity with contract clauses, exceptions, and cross-referenced materials
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
