About the Opportunity:
This role serves as the primary point of contact for all existing stores within the assigned region, providing lease interpretation, enforcement, risk assessment, and negotiation support to Real Estate, Facilities, Construction, and Operations partners. The objective is to maximize the profitability of a lease portfolio of approximately 800-1000 stores.
Responsibilities:
• Provide expert-level guidance and strategic direction to resolve escalated lease enforcement issues and oversee portfolio activities including new store leases and amendments.
• Deliver excellent customer service by staying current on Lease Administration and Property Management trends, accurately defining problems using data, and recommending solutions.
• Drive lease management strategy by adapting to shifting priorities and assessing the health of programs and teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional team support through development processes focusing on quality, speed, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure alignment of programs and projects with business unit and organizational goals, driving decision-making across senior leaders.
• Partner with Construction, Facilities, Lease Administration, Operations, and Real Estate teams to resolve lease lifecycle issues to support positive experiences for store partners and customers.
• Collaborate as part of an energetic, accountable, and highly collaborative team.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in lease administration, property management, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to take a holistic view of organizational needs combining strategic oversight with attention to detail.

Compensation:
• Pay range $81,900 to $138,800 annually.
• Bonus eligible.
• Base pay depends on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, geographic location, and internal equity.
• Hiring at the high end of the pay range is uncommon.
