- Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to analyze performance gaps and define learning objectives.
- Determine effective learning modalities for each solution, including eLearning and blended learning.
- Utilize AI tools for design and ensure accuracy and inclusivity.
- Maintain project plans in Asana and track project milestones and deadlines.
- Provide weekly project updates and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
- Apply adult learning theory and design for inclusiveness and compliance.
- Proficiency with modern learning design tools and familiarity with LMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design models.
- Experience with various learning modalities and effective evaluation strategies.
- Excellent writing, visual design, and storytelling skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
