Role Summary
The Learning Designer will support a manufacturing-focused business on an IT initiative by designing instructor-led and blended learning solutions. The role focuses on enabling adoption, improving performance, and driving behavior change through high-quality learning experiences. This role requires a self-directed professional who owns work from intake through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design ILT and learning materials
- Translate technical content into engaging learning
- Apply visual design principles

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree + 3+ years relevant experience
- Strong visual design
- ILT facilitation experience
- Strong writing and storytelling

- Independent project management
